Meet Your Guide

I knew from a young age that I was meant for more; that I wanted to help people and this world. I discovered that my empathetic, sensitive, intuitive, energetic and multi-faceted soul, backed by science and spirituality was a powerful way to connect.

I started off my career within the performing arts and cultural dance space. I learned how to navigate anxiety, depression and panic attacks to transform into a woman who could sound her voice, show up authentically and confidently on international stages and with grand audiences.

Fast forward to 2019, I came across a posting for a coaching certification with Yes Supply and the idea of embracing this as a career lit my soul on fire. From there, I embarked on a deep spiritual awakening journey which coincided with my own personal growth within my business and life. I got certified through Yes Supply and as an Indigenous Life Skills Coach with the Indigenous Leadership Development Institute. Since then, I have desired to create a safe, heart centred, de-colonial and trauma informed space for the BIPOC community to experience these life changing modalities in a highly saturated western minded world and industry.

I come from lived experience as a fellow indigenous woman of colour; experiencing first-hand the intergenerational weight and responsibility, obstacles in our way when navigating our passions and businesses and so much more.

I create a fusion of uniquely curated practices, modalities and timelines so that you can remember and reclaim your personal power towards life-changing transformations in your life and/or business. All offerings are trauma informed, de-colonial, intuitive, empathetic, rooted in ancestral wisdom and magic and all come from an authentic-relating space that are grounded and heart-led.

    “Kiskisiwin” means “to remember” in the indigenous cree language.

    This aims to be a group membership for rising bipoc heart-centred leaders who desire to grow with like-minded kin.

    Designed to assist, guide and empower you through your life and/or sacred biz with a unique approach utilizing the medicine wheel and interwoven with a return to ancestral codes and indigenous worldview.
